Vitalia Wood Fired Oven started with a wood-fired oven on wheels, and it remains the foundation of everything we do. While we’re proud to now have a brick-and-mortar home in Cranberry Township, our mobile pizza truck continues to roll strong—bringing the same fire, craft, and experience directly to events across Western Pennsylvania.

The heart and soul of our business is our custom wood-fired oven, made 100% in Italy by Valoriani and imported by Mugnaini. Combined with our carefully sourced ingredients and years of experience, this oven allows us to bring the true tastes of Italy to Pittsburgh—wherever the road takes us.
